Let's talk about Powerhouse Partnerships.
As a real estate agent , you will have to work with at least two people;
You have to work with a loan officer if there is financing,
and you have to work with a title company.
This is the Holy Trinity of real estate for your client and the difference between a smooth, joyful closing and a...less-than-joyful closing is completely dependent on your relationship with these key partners.
Whether you're the loan officer, title rep, or agent - the goal is to get to the closing with a happy client. So, if we're all working together and we have a really good, cohesive relationship, then that makes the process not only easier, but more fun! Clients should never, ever feel any frustration, or any tension, or any hiccups if at all possible.
