"The busier you are the more intentional you must be."
Michael Hyatt
It's no surprise that the industry is changing - fast! Did you know you are one of 44,000 real estate agents state wide? This is a huge number to compete with! As the competition has increased, the job itself is requiring more. Your role as a real estate agent is to hear (and validate) your clients' hopes and dreams- this job isn't simply a business transaction, but a relationship! People are searching for the place they want to put down roots, build community, and raise their families- they are looking to build their future, and they have chosen to share those hopes with you. YOU are the bridge to help fulfill your client's dreams! People want to know you are looking out for their best interests, and not just looking to make money. The question often asked is "what do I need a realtor for if I can just do all of this myself?" The key difference between your client figuring it out alone, and finding value in a personal real estate agent is...you guessed it...relationship, and connection! These things are what give you insight into the hopes and dreams of your clients, and this causes you to sell them their dream rather than just a house.
My mission is to show you how to do real estate your way and on purpose. It is vital to set yourself apart by being personal, being intentional, and being creative as you build your business. I want your business to look and feel like "you"! That means learning how to support your clients using your own personal strengths, throwing in your personal "flair", and having fun along the way!
Take action! Focus on ways you can be more intentional with your clients. Here are some examples for practical intentionality. Write personalized, handwritten notes to warm leads instead of sending a scripted email. Ask your clients for the top 3 things they want to feel when they enter their new home. Brainstorm qualities that set you apart from other agents- apply that to your brand.
